James brings over 15 years’ experience across real estate, business transformation, and investment strategy. He is also the founder of Residence Index UK and RJP Group, and leads sourcing, structuring, and investor communications at RI-Holdings.
Rojda Ayata, Operations Director
Rojda oversees day-to-day operations, investor onboarding, and administrative delivery. With a background in event and logistics management, she ensures RI-Holdings runs smoothly, efficiently, and with attention to detail.
Oktay Geyik, Advisor & Inverstor
