James leads sourcing, structuring, and investor communications at RI-Holdings. He brings over 15 years’ experience across real estate, business transformation, and investment strategy, and is also the founder of Residence Index UK and RJP Group. James is responsible for ensuring every investment is aligned with long-term fundamentals and structured to deliver for investors.
Rojda Ayata
Operations Director
Rojda oversees day-to-day operations at RI-Holdings, ensuring the smooth running of investor onboarding, document management, and back-office systems. With a background in event and logistics management, she brings structure, precision, and calm execution to every part of the process — helping ensure that investments are delivered with clarity and professionalism.
She plays a vital role in keeping RI-Holdings efficient, investor-focused, and ready to scale.

Advisor & Investor
Oktay is the owner of Residence Index in Turkey and brings a wealth of market experience and international investment insight. As both an advisor and investor, he supports RI-Holdings’ strategic direction and provides additional perspective across cross-border investment activity.
